Anybody ever had to change the door pins. I started with a punch and a hammer,they would not move, used larger hammer, still nothing,Tried heating up the pins with a torch but there to much wiring and rubber around. Went to a friends shop used his new Snap On air hammer with the pressure at 150 psi.
I just ended up mushrooming the pin. Looks like i will have to remove the front fender and go at it that way.

I did the bushings for my door pins a few years ago they came right out on my 87, I would suggest using a good lubricant and spraying the pins for a few days sometimes this will help, Kryoil and PB blaster are really good lubricants
