if it is a 4WD, I might be interested in the 4 coil springs. How much would you want for them?

 

Oh boy, where do I start?

I dunno if there's any difference between 2wd and 4wd, 2 door and 4 door, but I'd take the gas tank skidplate if it's in good condition. One of the legs completely rusted through on mine.

Also, what color is the interior? I'd be interested in the interior panel for the tailgate. Mine has two holes cut in it for 6x9's with a rather "interesting" wiring job.

If it's 4x4 with manual hubs, I'd be interested in those as well.

 

Just discovered tonight that I tossed the wrong seatbelts a few weeks ago, now I need a set of rear belts for a Tracker. Still got those? Been driving it as a 2 seater but my kid wants to be able to haul friends. Can't always let him use my F250 Crew Cab.

 

BTW, sorry to hear about the neighbors getting after you. I'm probably in the same boat soon if I don't sell a car or two or build a garage!

 

Do you have the CV shafts?

 

Every self respecting American ******* should be allowed to have at least 2 vehicles on blocks in the yard at any given time. And if you OWN the property you should be able to stack them end to end if you want. If people don't like their neighbors THEY should move. I think it's somewhere in the constitution... right after the part about the right to bear bug zappers. Well if not, it should be. I do not like living in town anyway.

I'm still insterested in the gas tank skidplate (if 2wd's have one) as long as it's in good shape, no rust damage. Surface rust is okay, but no holes, structural rust, etc.

Still interested in the tailgate interior panel as well.

 

Now I need an alternator also. Borrowed one from another Tracker guy here in town today, he just don't know it yet 'cause he's out on the road in the RV for who knows how long. Left him a note and a hole in the Tracker being rebuilt in his driveway.

Ronin, if you're planning on using the front Tracker coils for your Samurai, don't. The spring rate on them is HUGE since its in a single A-arm strut configuration.

 

Sorry glen the fenders are all chopped up now but I would like to talk to you about some parts. I need some gears.

 

Oh man, I just remembered something. Would it be possible to get you to lop off the crossmember that goes between the rear shock mounts? On mine the middle foot of it is rusted off.

Do you have the complete 2wd auto transmission assembly? (transmission, torque converter, flexplate, shifter, linkage, and shifter console) Also is it a 3spd auto or the 4spd overdrive auto?

Sorry Kerry all gone. I chopped it all up this weekend. Man it is alot harder to chop a tracker than a Sami.

 

If you still have the rig I need the L shaped thing on the winshield sealer that connects the corners of the winshield weather stripping. There is one on each top corner along the winshield stripping. need one bad.
