if i was to find a front dana 60 out of a 3/4 or 1 ton dodge, would it be a direct bolt in for my 89 rc? i know i will have to either get 5 lug axles or 8 lug wheels. will it fit on my springs, steering, and driveshaft? thanks

Springs will bolt up. You need the U-bolts and plates for the 60, they should be wider than the 44. Steering should also be a piece of cake. The driveshaft is debateable...if you have a suspension lift already and did not lengthen the front shaft it may be OK with the 60, otherwise it may be a bit too long and need shortening.
