I was killing time down at the junkyard yesterday and got to looking a dodge dakota. The rear brakeline from the frame to the axle is quite a bit longer than that from a YJ. I wondering if anyone has tried using these instead of the yj lines. I pulled it and am going to try it tomorrow, but I just find it curoius that no one has written about this with everyone crawling around the dakotas looking for leaf spring packs.

ps - all the fittings appear to be the same?

Thanks

MIne didn't work but only because the dakota line had some screwed up threads. It would require some sight tweaking of the hard lines on the axle but that is it. Went with the YJ line for now, hopefully it works, if I go bigger I'll just have to find a better donor line.
