·I'm swapping Toy axles onto my zuk, all purpose, street, trail and highway use vehicle. So....since it will see highway use, should I get a rear CV style driveshaft made for it (heard mixed results with that for driveline vibs) with the stock centered Toy diff?
OR should I get a rear Toy diff and cut one side 3" (rear is from Toy IFS truck so after cutting track the width will match the Toy front) and use Sky's shortened rear Toy axle shaft. I believe this makes you only have the rear diff offset by 1.5". Could I use a non CV driveshaft then? Highway travel with out vibes possible?
Any input appreciated.
