Do you guys think it would be possible to get a CV joint from a wrecked car or truck from a junk yard and mate it to my CJ driveshaft. I know there are trucks with factory CV driveshafts and I was just wondering if I could get some parts and piece it together. Any ideas?

I know a jeep cherokee usued those in the front (79 quadratrach for sure) also has a normal size joint on the bottom so all you would need to do is modify the shaft length to fit.
