Does anybody know where I can get detailed information about converting a 78 RC (NP03) to partime 4wd?
Will the stock 5 on 4 1/2 axles handle 35" tires ok?

HOWDY DUDE / MILE MARKER makes a kit to convert the transfer case to part time / they list it for chevys and fords but its the same kit for all of them / as far as the front end go's you need 1980 to 1993 front spindles to get rid of that junk wheel bearing setup that they used from 1977 to 1979 / the ball joints and all that are the same and the axles too / inners only / you need from the ball joints outward / good luck and let me how you make out and MOPAR TO YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! / DRW

I swapped my 74 body onto a 84 frame. It was an easy swap. Almost every thing was bolt right up. Good luck Joe
