yes make sure you use the lube that you got with the bushings. and put plenty on the bushings.. and springs. and do not over tighten the shackle bolts.. jack it up (the spring) when done.. and it should move freely. no binding.. i like to put the nuts inboard.
The easiest way to install shackles is to jack up the vehicle, put jack stands under the frame, put a floor jack under the axle, undo the shackles, take the old ones off, new ones on. The ConFerrs will probably be a little too wide for your spring, don't overtighten and bend the ends of the shackle inward. This is a very common mistake with H shackles, especially ConFerr.
