Does anyone know how much a pair of sway away or fox coil over shocks would cost for the front of a Jeep. Thanks

So what's the advantage of having a coil over shock????

One advantage is that you already have a mount for your coil spring-your shock mounts. If the mounts aren't heavy enough its not hard to beef them up. If you've got the right coil over combination all you have to worry about is attaching the axle-through the use of links(like a four link setup) or radius arms like on a ford pickup. I think however that coil over shocks are pretty expensive. Just look at coil overs for cars(good ones) and those for a truck that need longer travel are going to cost a lot more.

Depending on the length, for Fox Shox, 235.00 to 1100.00 each w/o coil. Coils are sold seperately depending on spring weight rating from Hypercoil for a few hundred each.

i saw in my winter edition of quadratec magazine, that if u go to the pages with shocks and stuff, that trailmaster makes a coil over shock for about 50 bucks each, and i think 70 for the front stablizer, anyone use them before?
