Did any body out ther did a do it youshelf on CJ Frame. If so how did you cut the tube and weld to get the stair case effect or you bent the tubes? Any info will be appriated.

The way I understand it is that everywhere you weld you change the heat treating of the metal making in more prone to cracking. This is probably acceptable for some reinforcement but not for initial manufacturing. It's best to have the frame mandrel bent for the offsets. Good Luck.
