My 1985 cj frame is bent, the bumper is almost 2" lower on the driver side. Last winter I installed a new suspension, gears, brakes, etc last winter, so I have some $$$ into it. It leaned before the new suspension. Straight CJ frames are rare around here, but YJs are plentiful ($250) I was already considering a YJ tub swap, but would my suspension, engine, and drivetrain bolt into a YJ frame?

You Could do it but it would not be a Bolt in process, More like a Weld in process! Good Luck:

the swap isnt that hard..most fiberglass cj tubs are actually a yj mold and the give you adapter plates to mount the body to the frame... seems like you should be able to do something like that... there were more than a couple that did the swap last year on this bbs...wrangler frames are about twice as strong as cj frames too...

i built my jeep using a yj frame.. yj tub.. most everything will work.. it wont all be bolt in... but it can be done..
my biggest concern would be with your axles.. the frame is wider in the front by 4"... it would be like outboarding your springs on your cj frame.. i used wagoneer width axles..
