Yes, but its a bitch to get the screws need a very good phillips screw driver that will fit in the hole.....make sure you really need one, they hardly ever go bad. From the factory they used rivets to keep the adjusting cap in place. You can drill these out, tap the holes and use screws.....its now adjustable.
