I took the regular ground shipping method and got all the parts I ordered within one week. Most arrived wihtin four business days

They took that 99% off coupon code you used and prorated the shipping time with the money saved. I hope you didn't buy something big. Seriously though. Get online and talk to one of their online tech freaks. They'll find out where you crap is.

I ordered brake hardware for 98 TJ and it took almost 2 weeks to get here.

On the other hand they did screw up and provided me with double of almost everything (brake hardware came 2 to a box, I only ordered 1) and only charged me once.

Bottom line if you need it fast go to NAPA and pay twice as much.

I ordered three Borla catbacks when they had unlimited 1/3 off and they were all double shipped, but charged once. It's been several weeks and one still hasn't been picked up for return. They also weren't very good at determining when things would ship. But for 1/3 off, the hassles weren't too bad.
