I got my caliper brackets from ebay today, and they still have the dust shields. What have you disc-swappers done with these? It looks like removing them would keep them from holding mud against the rotors.......suggestions?

If I should remove them, any suggestions on how?

toss em'. just beat them off, there just stuck to the brackets. and yes, all thay do is collect mud.

Thanks Toad..That is what I figured...It seemed like it would be a lot like keeping the drums I know how THEY are when they fill with mud.

yes i always remove them on my brackets for the disc. conversions as they are designed to keep the big stuff out and end up catching it instead.
