I tend to become pretty self centered when reading these posts. When the topic isn't about something I am interested in, or concerned about, I usually don't retain much. SO, My appologies for this post.
I friend is looking at purchasing a YJ. The two he islooking at are a 92 w/4cyl & 5spd with 3:73's, everything pretty much stock. The other is a 91 with the 4.0. He has driven the 92 and is very impressed. He has not had the opportunity to do anything but look at the 91 from a distance. Can anyone shed some Pros and Cons on either of these two rigs? Trannies or possible trannies? What T-case is in these? What is the comotion with the D35? How about swapability of the 4 cyl for a 6? Your thoughts on lifts with either of these? Any personal observations anyone would like to throw in, would be appreciated. I realize thishas been beat to death numerous times in the past, but I got this call tonight, tomorrow they go look at the 91. The guy is holding the 92 for him right now.
Thanks, jfralph, 86 cj-7
