I just got my Wheeler's front bumper and Double Tough rear bumpers installed.

I am very impressed with Gary's work on the front bumper. It's an extremely solid bumper and installation was a piece of cake. Total time for the front was about 20 minutes (including taking the old one off and cutting the tubes).

The rear was a little tougher since I had to cut the body corners and weld the reinforcement plates on.

Right now the Samurai is still at stock height with the stock 205/70's. The only modifications that had to be done to get it on there was to cut the bumper tubes. Then slip the supplied pipe into the tube to strengthen it up. I did have to "adjust" the front frame ends a little bit with a hammer to get the bumper between the frame rails.

It only took about 30 minutes total to take the old one off, cut the tubes, hang the new bumper and remount the turn signals.

I will have to modify my CSC kit slightly for the bumper once I get it (I've been waiting for almost 9 weeks).
