sure can... i dont know anyone who did.. but i could tell you if i had the tubing and welder i could do a 7's frame.. if you have a haynes manual for it.. it should have the dimensions in the back..mine does for my frame.. i saw that and was like wow.. i could build my own with that.. now where the hell is that welder?
