Four years ago I purchased the wrong gas tank skid plate. It was MY fault... I was stupid enough to order the incorrect part! It was never installed and I was able two and a half years later to send it back, and get full credit. They not only credited what I paid several years earlier... but included the increased price since I'd made the purchase. IMHO, their a class act and will bend over backwards to help the customer.
