I have an '87 Bronco II.... I replaced the clutch, and about a week and a half later the clutch started slipping..
What could be causing this?? The clutch is completely gone now after using it for 3 weeks with it slipping... Looks
like I'll be replacing it again... Any info on what's causing this slip would be appreciated... Thanks..

Oil on the friction plate would be my best guess, where it came from is another question.
