How long should the brake line extensions be on a YJ with 4-6" of lift?

I would make them at least 6"-8" longer. Those braided steel kits have lines over 2' long sometimes, which is just more stuff dangling around waiting to get snagged on a branch.

You can get 4"-extended SS brake-lines made by GoodRidge for $98 front/rear from Quadratec. They even come with a little braket to hold the line which you can just mount to the bottom of the frame instead of the top (where it is VERY hard to get to on my YJ!) for an extra 2"s These lines are NICE and the price was right for me
