First, I would anti seize the pins on the caliper, then I would scuff the pads lightly with some emery cloth or something. Sometimes the pads get "glazed" and will squeak.

I have a 96 yamaha warrior and the disc brake on the rear squeaks when moving. It isnt stuck on, How do I fix it its annoying?
