Think twice about a body lift. Is it really worth it? They overstress your body mounts and look rather crappy.
You might want to wait until you can do a suspension lift

If you want you can make one, just get a sheet of extruded aluminu and use a buddy's drill press, and a hole saw, make a nice lift just like more's but for a lot less, then head down the the hardware store and get some grade 5 or 8 bolts. As for the urathane lifts they are said to offer too much flex and really tax the body mounts. if you want in the range of 2" of lift look at some of the spacer lifts out there like, day star's, tera flexe's, rubicon express, rusty's and I'm sure there are more.

Another way to make your own lift-pucks is to use long boat rollers. They are polyurethane but with a long stainless steel or aluminum shaft down the middle of them that is the perfect size for your bolts. Just cut down to the desired hieght as many as you need.
There is a comany that makes 1" and 2" body lifts, and a drivetrain lift as well. It will raise the engine up and (if you use the 2" body-lift) let you run a flat skidplate that they make. You can get a little more tire clearance, and a whole lot more undercarriage clearance.
