Best rust prevention paint?

What is the best rust prevention paint out there? I want a paint that is easy to apply to a frame with the body still on. Also the least amount of prep would be nice, but I don't want to skip a vital step. Any thought?

what type of rust prevention are you talking about? you have an 80 frame? so i take it you have some rust.. well they make this stuff.. rust tough... and you spray it on over rust.. seals it. seams like good stuff..just used it on a tj frame that had some rust on it. i will say do not use por-15, unless its rusty. it will not adhere to paint.. only rust.. those are good for rusting surfaces, if its not in bad shape.. try a good thick paint.. i am about to use some "hammer paint" they use it on tool boxes.. putting it on mine wed.. if weather holds.. but that is a thicker paint.. and should do well on a frame.

Do you guys think it would be best then to strip as much paint as I can and then prime it and use some type of "self healing" frame paint. I also want to be able to use the paint on bare metal since I'm putting MORE frame plates on in the rear. I saw this stuff that is a red brown color in the Eastwood cataloge but I can't remember what it is called. Does anyone know what it is called and how well does it work. Thanks.
