Depending on the age of your jeep and how sagged the springs are, your going to have more trouble with them rubbing the flares than anything. Also they will rub the lower control arms slightly on full lock turns, although it is mostly an anoying sound as opposed to being harmful to anything. If you wanna go with 30" tires or bigger I would strongly suggest a 2" budget boost for thirties and a 3" for 31"s. You can stay stock for rims up to 31" and you can put spacers on the bolts that limit travel for the turning radius so they won't rub the control arms. Largest tire you should go on a fully stock set up would be 235/75 r15. You might be able to run a 30" with stock susspension, but you'll be a street queen at best.

With my stock sagged '94 setup and 235/75's I wasn't even a street queen (RUBBED LIKE MAD on the fenders). Then I went with a 2"BB and still rubbed when disco'd. NOW finally with dakota leafs, zj coils, and spacers I can flex without rubbing on my 235/75's. Now to trim and add 31's.
.

Now back to the question - from what I understand running the stock wheels works best to avoid rubbing the fenders, however yuo start getting into control arms. I would suggest getting a 2" BB and 235's. Beleive it or not it's amazing what you can do with them. I've been wheelin just about every other weekend on AT's for about a year now and have plenty of fun.

Well is a 2000 sport, its also my daily driver and I drive alot! But I do like to take it off road when I have the time. The closest off road park that I know of is the Badlands (in indiana) I was there in november with some friens all of us were running stock trucks. It was fun but I didn't get stuck but I did blow out one of my sidewalls on a rock

So what I'm looking for is something that I'll be able to drive all week and then beable to take it off road and have a good time. Any idea would be helpful!
