The 30 front will bolt in, but the rear will not. Your 67 has a Dana 18 transfer case and has an offset differential to match unless you are able to get your hands on a q-trac version of the AMC 20 it won't line up. The spring perches on the later models don't line up either, the springs are wider apart in the rear on later model Jeeps. If you were to swap a Dana 20 transfer case in you could bolt in a 72-75 Dana 44 rear which has the higher spline count, flanged axles instead of 2 piece, and bolts up to your springs. Assuming the 30 you will be getting has disc brakes you will have to swap master cylinders, residual pressure valves and proportioning valves. Swapping masters could turn into an extensive project as your 67 has bottom hung pedals an a low mounted master I believe. Are you able to get the entire 7 as a parts Jeep, or just the axles?

One option for the rear is to get a full size truck axle and narrow one side to match the offset diff, we did this on a buddy's Jeep with a 9" and it worked out fine. But this is not a bolt up solution either. I'll let this churn around in the back of my brain for a while and let you know if I come up with anything.

If you want to use an AMC 20 and your dana 18, you can get a rear axle from a quadratrac CJ7.
