I have just got a 79 chevy c20
It has a different cab so I can not look at the rpo codes

I pulled the diff cover and I have [41 7 ] which is a 5.85 or chevys 5.86

14 bolt axle 8 luge
I see there are 2 kinds of axle that came with that gear ratio 10,000lb axle and regular axle.i can not find any truck info online to tell which axle it is.

I also can not find any information on what trucks came with that

I just want to know if it's the 10,000 axle
