I need advise on a Honda atc 200. It keeps fowling the plug and I have heard and seen others do this. I was advised by the dealer to replace the throttle needle and the brass piece it slides into and it didn't help. The next suggestion was that compression must be low, I don't buy it. What do you think I should try.Thanx in advance

That is a common problem. My 200s did the same thing. Assuming you do not have a "bird's nest" in the airbox, the problem is most likely clogged low speed passageways in your carb. Carb cleaner will not get it out either. Your best chance is to get the strongest injector cleaner you can find (NAPA is fine) and mix it about double what it calls for on the container. I did this with my 200s and after 2 tanks, cleared it up. If it doesn't work, your only alternative is to replace the carb.
