Yes!! we are a group that "meets " on the web and set up runs in Az for anyone that wishes to take part in them. There are a lot of us that belong to local clubs and invite members of the AZVJC to our local runs. Take a look here for more info. http://www.azvjc.org/

There are currently 300+ members scattered around Arizona. There are even some out-of-state members. As for the trail runs, there are usually multiple runs happening each weekend - usually in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. It's easy to get a run going when you can easily advertise to a group that big.

If you have acess to the internet then I see no reason not to network with 350+ of your fellow Arizona Jeepers.

I've met some good friends from there. There are multiple runs every weekend ranging from moderate to hardcore. I've been on a few with Roger and although I have talked to Jim (GP'n) a number of times over the past few years... I have never ran into him on the trail. Jim, thanks for the literature on the Spook Rally!

Anyways, check it out: http://www.azvjc.org/azjeep.htm

Hope to see you out on the trail.

I hope you guys are all planning on being at the AZ State Jamboree Oct. 19-22nd. If you've never been before it is definitely one of the best events in the country. Hope to see you there!
Take care,
Sean

Sean,

Not only will be there, I'm the trail leader for the Lower Terminator run. And I'm looking forward to running Jawbreaker for the first time!

Sean I have attended for the last 5 years and will miss this year due to a prior engagement with the re-enactment group I belong to. It is a very good jamboree and I will be attending next year.

Roger,
You'll love Jawbreaker. It's not all that difficult but its got some pretty fun obstacles. We're doing Highway to Hell (not on the Jambo list), Martinez, and Axle Alley. Unfortunately I can't make it to the Thursday runs. Hey, how come they aren't listing Anaconda as one of the runs for Thursday? It's the best one up there.
