I am looking into either of these for my 89 Yj. About a 3-4 inch lift is what I am after. How do they ride, and how are they on the trail? What about the new Rubicon Express Heavy Duty springs. They look nice, but would they be overly stiff for a soft top Wrangler with very little wieght in the back?

they will be stiffer than stock because of the increased arch- but the extreme duty springs are softer than the regular 4" lifts

I have Superlift springs on my Scrambler and they ride much better than the add-a-leafs I had previously. They articulate well and the price was good.
