They come to a nearby town yearly... Last year i picked up impact sockets for $19.99... it took a year before I broke a 3/4 socket and one of the adapters. I picked up a bunch of tarps and bungee cords for cheap too. It's worth checking out. There is a lot of "junk" there too though.

Crow, As stated before Harbor Frieght quailty. Sean is correct about impact stuff, I'd buy quailty brand there. The Dewalt blades are priced right. I've only been to one of their traveling sales and was happy over all. I was opening a Sami shop and looking for some tools. Things I bought and liked retrackable hose reels, engine leveler, 3hp 6 gal portable compressor, parts bins, 3/4" socket set,20 gal parts washer and I highly a recomended their #05157 creeper. I bought a service tray #04382, you can forget that (cheaply made). If your in the market for an air jack, check out #07112. I wished I'd got some fender covers #05116 but never saw them.
