another wiring post (please help)

i have searched and searched and have not found exactly what i am looking for. i am not geting constant power to my TPS.replaced tps adjusted it and all.i believe my problem to be a wire but i am having trouble tracing it out. I am wondering if any body has or knows where i can get a wiring diagram that has the pin #s of the wires.or does any body know the # of the wire or where exactly it goes? also anything else that could cause bad voltage reading?
