This past weekend a guy had a six cyl that all of us had mistaken for a V8. I never got to see it up close. I mean it was a mean machine. There wasn't a sand hill he couldn't climb. He made most of the V8's cry wolf. I was hoping to get a little info on beefing up a 258. I was just about to swap to 304 like my brother, but now I have second thoughts. Whoever said 6=8 must have known something.

Go to the Short Wheelbase Board, where the CJ nuts will be happy to help. Do a search there. They have so many posts it's unbelievable.
