I have a 97 Suburban with a 350. I purchased an Airaid Cold Air Intake for $130.00 after my rebate. The K&N is like $260.00. My question is the Airaid replaces everything from the MAF sensor forward where as the K&N also replaces the tube from the MAF back to the throttlebody. Do you think the K&N is worth the extra $130.00?

i dont think its worth it.
honestly i et neither do much of any for performance, might see a1/3 mpg gain and some intake noice
