I just measured my driveshaft angle and it was 35 degrees. Tom Wood said it seems to steep for my lift (RE 4.5 Extreme). He said, to have this angle you would have to lift YJ like 7 inches. (Mine probably has somewhere around 5" now).
My question to you: if you've done SYE and CV shaft conversion, what was your old driveshaft angle?
My axle pinion angle is 11 degrees now (with 2.5 shims)

cant help you out.. but that does seem waaaaay to steep.. 11 on the pinion sounds about right.. and i know when you do the sye.. it shortens a few inches.. the output shaft that is.. so it will help decrease the angle.. but 35 seems waaay to steep..
