·Well I had a little problem with my s-10. When ever I turn a corner and hit a bump I would hear a banging in the frount end of the truck. I had several friends look at it. I got answers as far as the bearing were going out to the c.v. joints were bad. I would take it to a couple frount end shops and thay would say nothing is wrong. but thay could here the bainging and couldn't find any thing loose. Well I found the problem when I was cranking the torsion bar to get the truck to set up like a 4x4 rather than a 2x4. I want to fix it but I am not sure quit how to tackle it. the banging is from the cross member over the torsen bar adjuster it has a lot of play and the bump stops under it are soft. To get ride of the noise will I have to replace the bushing or is thair an adjustment or a couple bolts I need to tighten.
