I am pulling my hair out (whats left of it) over a blower problem with my 99 Ranger, and was hoping to get some help from this board. My blower only works at full blast, if you turn it to any of the lower settings it shuts of completely. I have changed the relay in the power box under the hood with 2 other relays and I have changed the entire control panel in the dash with one from another Ranger and still have the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks in advance.
