Ok I wanted to put a body lift on my 97 s10, so I go onine and I order one. Well online it said nothing about problems with the steering column or whatever, but when I get the lift, it boldly says on the instructions not to attempt to install a 3 inch body lift on 95 or newer s series trucks, because the steering shaft cannot be adjusted. I want to know if anyone has gone ahead and put the 3 inch on a 95 or newer and if so did they have any problems with the steering thing, or what they did to get around that problem. They say a two inch is the most you can put to not have problems but what is another inch going to do. anyway I am kinda mad about this, I w3ould like any info I can get. I want to put it on, but I dont want to mess nothing up. Please let me know what I can do!! Thank you all.
