My Jeep is is a little low on hp and I am curious if anyone in the group has swapped motors/tranny's in a 4 cyl yj to the factory 4-liter.
I have swapped several motors into other vehicles and one old CJ3 but not this thing. Any guides available besides Advanced
Adaptors? Should I build my 4-banger for more power (which is probably cheaper and the least time consuming from my experience
with swaps) or start over. I need 20 to 30 hp and at least that much torqus increase.
My existing mill has 111k miles on it, uses a 1/2 quart of oil between changes, and still gets decent gas mileage.
Any wisdom would be appreciated.
