I'm selling my Samurai after over 15 years together. Got a killer deal on a MINI Cooper.

Turned out the problems I was having over Thanksgiving were all about the carburetor. A newly rebuilt one has been installed, and she just passed smog and is running great.

She's stock, and I'm the second owner -- got her when she was a year old. No accidents and I've got all the service records. This latest engine is about a year and a half old. Just before the last engine blew, I had a new head installed, so there's a hardly used spare head.

She's in very good shape. There's a bike rack on the spare tire. There's also a locking storage chest for the rear compartment; it's set up so when you detach it from its bracket, you can put the rear seat down for passengers.

I'm in Los Angeles. The current smog certificate is transferable for the next two months.

You can e-mail me at [email protected]. The picture is at http://home.earthlink.net/~shrike3/Samurai.jpg. I'm asking $1200.

Nikki

Nice lookin Sami at a good price considering the carb and engine work. Somebody ought to snatch that up pretty quick.

My brother in law has a 68 XR7....diamond blue. We just dropped in a built 351C and a 3.50 9" rear w/ traction lock. He is working on the Baer brake upgrade right now. This car is worth more in parts than whole!

I like the 67 better. No marker lights in the front fenders.

I'm still a Chevy guy though.
