79 ford dash

On the top center of my 79 Ford F-150 dash looks like a speaker grill does anyone know if thats what this is
and if so what size speaker did it house? thanx

Hi, I am sure it was for a speaker, i think that is where the speaker was for the trucks that only came with the AM radio in them. I am not sure but the speaker size should be somewhere around 6"x9" or 6"x8" . Hope i helped a little.
