Will a 72 dodge w200 have disc or drum brakes on the front axle? If it is drum how hard is it to convert to disc?

I am a little rusty on my dodge info, but here goes... you should have a D60 with drum brakes and manual hubs. Or it could be a HD D44 with drum brakes and manual hubs. It also should have a divorced NP205 transfer case. As for swaps, I think that GM would be an easy swap. Dodge had drums until 75 or so and after that went to a full time system. Help anyone, as I don't know if these discs will swap to an older model. I am sure if I am wrong someone will speak up
