The other indicator post reminded me of something /wwwthreads_images/icons/crazy.gif
Several Months back I posted this, and no one could really help, maybe someone could assist now..

My 4wd Indicator plug came off of my D300 a long while ago, and for the life of me, I can't find where it plugs back in! Yeah, it is greasy and filthy up under my skid plate, but I have spent some quality time looking and cursing, looking and cursing. So, if someone knows it's exact location, I really would appreciate it /wwwthreads_images/icons/laugh.gif!

It's on the top front portion of the case, pretty much directly behind the shifter forks. I guess not the top, but down on the "slopey" part /wwwthreads_images/icons/smile.gif. It's on the top of mine, cuz mine is now indexed /wwwthreads_images/icons/smile.gif/wwwthreads_images/icons/smile.gif.
