The first geared t-case I ever put it popped out of 4-low the first day I test drove it. Got progressively worse after one wheelin trip. Resulted in the case having to be fixed at the tune $140 due to bent shifter forks.

hey all...i'm having some trouble with 4-low popping out when under torque...the passenger side t-case bolt was just replaced due to it being stripped...can the bolt being too tight cause this? There were no problems before the new bolt, but the whole case was loose...I don't have a body lift or anything, so this is the only thing I can think of....thanx guys!!!!
