My sami seems to vibrate a whole whole lot when I have it in 4 Hi. I just used it for the first time today because it snowed...every other time ive been in Lo.

If I give it gas you dont hear or feel so much but when theres no gas it vibrates a lot you I hear a banging noise.

Any ideas?

Most likely a worn out slip joint in the front driveshaft, or a bad Ujoint. Not heard in low range, because the speed of the shaft is much faster when in high. The banging is probably the "slop" in the splines, which is under load when power is applied. Try greasing it up, it may help.
