If I remember well,All wrangler 4 cyl engines are 151cu or 2.5liters and put out 125hp,the tranys are eiter autos(later models)and mostly 5 speeds(ax5)the t-cases are nv 231's with a crawl ratio of 2.72-1.I hope this helps.

I have a Samurai and I am thinking about swaping in a jeep 4 cyl. How much power do they produce and what CC are thy.
I could use any infor about transmission and Tcase combinations thet might work well. Also how long is the engnie.
