does anyone know if the throttle body of a 4.0 will bolt onto the manifold of a 2.5L? and does gettting a bigger throttle body or boring out my old one really make a noticeable increase in power? or is it just a waste of time?

I don't know about the 4.0 on the 2.5 manifold. I'd call Turbo City if I were you.
