4.0 and 4.0 ho. What\'s the diff?

I've looked around on the web and couldn't find any answers. Can I convert my 93 wrangler to an HO?

Any '91 or nwer 4.0 is/should be a H.O.

They've up the power some since the '93 HO. I'm not sure about a '97, but newer 4.0's have ditched the distributor for them fancier electronic ignitions. Plus, YJ's have a little piece of plastic in the air box that restricts the amount of air. That's why a '93 XJ has about 10hp more than a YJ.
