I am swapping a 360 from a '78 wagoneer into my 80 cj-5. My questions are
1.Max horsepower and at what RPM
2.Max Torque and at what RPM
3.Also, how much does this engine weigh and what will i need to do to compensate for the weight difference

check out this site if you have a 304 its should weigh about the same. a 258 weighs slightly less about 75lbs
