I've been thinking about what it would take to replace my 3 speed tranny with a 4 speed. I noticed the big difference in 1st gear ratios between the T90 (is this right?) and T19, and also with my 4-152, the 3rd gear would be nice for hills.

I've taken a quick look at a T19 as well as one in a Scout and it doesn't look too easy!

Any suggestions or comments?
