Just got around to rebuilding my 4.2 L. Took the block and crankshaft to the machine shop. They found a crack in the block. Can't be rebuilt.
Anybody got a good rebuildable block for sale? I'm in North Florida.

I got a good block and crank. But unfortunetly I'm in OR. That probably is a bit far away to be shipping an engine block. But let me know:)

Thanks guys! My machine shop guy thinks he has one located but it has 7/16" head bolts (same casting #, 3227444, as my 87 Wrangler block). Will that work? I seem to remember that it will, but I'm not sure.
B.T.W., CJDAVE, I am in Jacksonville. If this block does not work out I will send you an email on your block.
Again, thanks for your responses.
